لچھے دار پراٹھے

اجزاء:
پراٹھے خواتین بناتی رہتی ہیں، مگر لچھے دار پراٹھے کچھ ہی لوگ صحیح سے بنا پاتے ہیں، لہٰذا آج آپ اس آسان سے طریقے سے گھر میں لچھے دار پراٹھے بنائیں ۔

ترکیب:

٭ سادہ آٹا جیسے گوندھتی ہیں آپ وہ گوندھ لیں، پیڑا بھی سادہ ہی بنائیں، اور روٹی کی طرح اس کو بیلن کی مدد سے بیل لیں۔
٭ اب اس روٹی کے بیچ سے کنارے تک یعنی آدھے حصے پر چھری کی مدد سے کٹ لگائیں، اور روٹی کا ایک سرا لے کر اس کو چھوٹے چھوٹے گھیروں میں گھمائیں، جیسے کہ آپ رول بناتی ہیں، اس طرح ایک ہی سرے سے شروع کر کے دوسرے پر اختتام کریں۔
٭ اس کو دوبارہ بیلن سے بیلیں اور بڑا پراٹھے کے سائز کا بنا لیں، بس اس کو گھی میں پکالیں۔ لیجیے لچھے دار پراٹھا تیار ہے۔
