کشمش----------------- 50گرام

ترکیب:

ایک پتیلی میں ایک پاؤ گھی میں سے 2کھانے کے چمچے گھی گرم کرکے اس میں 1-1/2پاؤ کھویا گولڈن براﺅن کرلیں۔اب دوسری پتیلی میں باقی گھی گرم کرکے4عدد الائچی فرائی کریں۔ جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو اس میں 2کپ چینی اور ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر شیرہ بنالیں۔ اس کے بعد 1/2کلو ابلے چاول شامل کرکے آدھے گھنٹے تک ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر رکھیں۔پھر چولہا بند کرکے حسبِ ضرورت گلاب جامن، کھویا، 1 کھانے کا چمچہ عرق گلاب، 50گرام بادام، 50گرام کاجو اور 50گرام کشمش ڈال دیں۔مزے دار گلتی تیار ہے۔
