1 bunch Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
4 Green chillies
2 tblsps of either fresh Coconut, roasted Peanuts
or roasted Chana dal
ju Ice of half a Lemon

Grind all the ingredients together till they form a very fine paste Then add the lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
