Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Black /green olives 2 tbsp
Lettuce leaves 1 cup
Tomatoes ½ cup
Feta cheese ¼ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Olive oil ¼ cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Pita bread 6
Garlic yogurt sauce 1 cup
How to make Greek Salad Pita Sandwich

METHOD:

In a bowl put 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp of black pepper and ½ tsp of oregano and mix them well.

Now add 2 tbsp of black/ green olives, 1 cup of lettuce leaves, 1/2 cup tomato and 1/4 cup feta cheese.

Take 6 pita bread and cut it from the centre to make a pouch and fill it with lettuce leaf.

Now serve it with 2 tbsp of garlic yogurt sauce
