Ingredients
Salt 1/2 tbs
Chop meat 1/2 kg
Black papper 1 tbs
Onion 1/2 kg
White flour 1 kg
Oil 2 tbs
How to make Gilgiti Mantoo

METHOD:

Add the chopped onion in the Keema and mix well then add salt and black pepper.
Mixture is ready.
Knead the white flour thoroughly and add salt as per taste.
Roll out the roti and cut it equal sizes.
Now add the Keema mixture in the cut roti and close it with bending the corner.
Put the steamer on the stove and apply the oil on the grill.
NOw put the the mantoo (filled roti) on the steamer grill one by one and cover it with cap.
After half an hour, Gilgiti mantoo ready to eat.
