How to make German cheesecake
METHOD:
Mix caster sugar and butter in a bowl until fluffy. Add an egg and beat well. Now add flour and salt and make a dough. Put the dough in the fridge. Now take the dough out and make a roti out of it. Spread the roti in the baking pan. Bake it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then add caster sugar and mix well. when the mixture is done, add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add the flour at the end and mix well. Put the batter over the baked dough, first bake the cake at 230 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 10 degrees and bake it for another 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Let it cool and then remove from the pan. Serve cool.
