اجزاء:
بچے ہوں یا بڑے کسٹرڈ سب ہی کھا لیتے ہیں، اس عید کسٹرڈ کی جگہ فروٹ کسٹرڈ بنائیں اور مزے سے کھائیں۔

ترکیب:

٭ دودھ میں ایک کپ پاؤڈر والا دودھ ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکائیں تاکہ دونوں آپس میں مل جائیں اور دودھ ذرا گاڑھا ہوجائے۔

٭ ایک پیکٹ کریم میں کسٹرڈ کا پاؤڈر شامل کر کے مکس کرلیں۔

٭ اور اس کو بھی دودھ میں ہی ڈال کر بیس منٹ تک پکالیں۔

٭ کیلے، آڑو، تربوز، سیب، امرود، انگور، فالسے، چیکو، جو بھی پھل آپ کے پاس موجود ہے ان کو باریک کاٹ لیں۔

٭ سرونگ پیالے میں کٹے ہوئے پھل کی ایک تہہ رکھیں۔

٭ پھر کسٹرڈ والا دودھ ڈال دیں۔

٭ کٹے ہوئے ڈرائی فروٹس ڈالیں۔

٭ اور ایک تہہ کسٹرڈ والے دودھ کی دوبارہ ڈال دیں۔

٭ پسند کے بسکٹس کو چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں توڑ کر اس پر ڈال کر سروو کیجئیے۔
