•کسٹرڈ_____ 2 پیکٹ
•آڑو_____ 3 عدد
•کیلے_____ 4 عدد
•سیب _____ 3 عدد
•انگور_____ 100گرام
•دودھ_____ 1 لیٹر
•چینی_____ آدھی پیالی

ترکیب:

آڑو اور کیلے چھیل کر گول قتلے کاٹ لیجئے اور سیب بھی انگور کے دانے ڈنڈیوں سے علیحدہ کر کے صاف کر لیجئے۔
دودھ دیگچی میں ڈال کر چولہے پر چڑھا دیجئے۔
تھوڑے سے دودھ یا پانی میں کسٹرڈ گھول لیجئے۔
جب دودھ ابلنے لگے تو اس میں کسٹرڈ ڈال دیجئے اور ساتھ ساتھ چمچہ ہلاتے جائیے تاکہ گٹھلی نہ بننے پائے۔
تھوڑا سا گاڑھا ہونے پر چینی ڈال دیجئے اورمزید پکائیے۔
گاڑھا ہونے پر اتار لیجئے۔

اس کے بعدکیلے کے قتلے, سیب اور انگور کے دانے ڈال کر اوپر باقی کسٹرڈ ڈال دیجئے اور ٹھنڈا کر کے فریج میں رکھ دیجئے۔
