egg 1 milk 1tbsp chicken,boiled andshredded1/2cup black paper 1/2tsp oil 1tbsp salt to taste
METHOD:
1. separate the white from the yolk. 2. add milk,salt and paper to the egg yolk. 3. beat until thick,than add shredded chicken and mix it 4. beat the egg white until stiff 5. fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg white until well blended . 6. heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture . 7. cook over low heat until it turn sightly brown. 8. when puffed,place on the top grill of the oven at moderate temprature. 9. bake until the top is firm to touch . 10. remove from oven. Fold and serve hot
