Fettuccine 500 g
Coriander sauce
Cloves garlic chopped 2
Coriander leaves 60 g
Parsley leaves 15g
Vegetable oil 4tbsp
Parmeasan cheese 60 g
Black pepper
How to make Fettuccine with Coriander sauces
Method
Cook fettuccine in boiling watr in a large saucepan follwing packet direction.
To make sauce place garli, walnuts, coriander and parsley in a food processor or blender and process to finely chop with machine running add oil in a stedy stream. Add parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste and process to combine.
Spoon sauce over pasta and toss to combine. Serve immediately
