Falafel
Falafel! I cannot say enough about Falafel! With its crunchy outside, warm, soft, inside which is seasoned to perfection, these have to be one of the best things you can make with chickpeas.
Ingredients
White chickpeas 2 cups
Garlic 3 cloves
Fresh parsley ½ bunch
Oil for frying ½ liter
Soda ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
How to make Falafel
Method
1.Soak white chickpeas overnight.
2.Add chickpeas, ¼ cup water, cloves of garlic, soda, parsley,
pepper and salt in a blender.
3.Blend all ingredients together and make small balls of chick
peas.
4.In a wok, heat oil.
5.Add balls fry until golden brown.
6.Falafils are ready to serve with tahina sauce.
