2 medium Cucumbers (Kheera) (peeled & thinly sliced)
2 medium Red Onions (Lal Pyaz) (thinly sliced)
½ tsp. Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Cold Water

How to make Cucumber & Onion Salad By Chef Fauzia

METHOD:

Layer the cucumbers and onions in a glass bowl.
Separately in another glass bowl, mix the water, sugar and vinegar together. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves well into the mixture. Pour this over the cucumbers and onions.
Cover the glass bowl and chill in refrigerator overnight.
