موسم بدلا نہیں کہ چائے کے دیوانے اب کافی کا لطف اٹھانے لگے لیکن کافی بنانا بھی ایک آرٹ ہے جو سب کے بس کی بات نہیں۔ کچھ لوگ کافی میں زیادہ جھاگ بنانے کے لئے فروتھر کا استعمال کرتے ہیں البتہ ہم آپ کو ایسا طریقہ بتائیں گے جس سے آپ بغیر فروتھر کے زبردست سی کریمی کافی بنا سکیں گے۔

ترکیب:

اس کے لئے آپ ایک دیگچی میں دودھ ابال کر رکھ دیں۔ اب مصالحہ پیسنے والے گرائینڈر کو اچھی طرح صاف کر کے اس میں 3 کھانے کے چمچ کافی ڈالیں اور 6 کھانے کے چمچ چینی ڈال دیں۔ ایک آئس کیوب توڑ کر ڈالیں اور گرائینڈر کو ہلکے ہلکے چلائیں۔ کھول کر دیکھیں گے تو کافی اور برف کا چورا بن گیا ہوگا۔ اب اس میں ایک آئس کیوب اور توڑ کا ڈالیں اور 3 منٹ تک گرائینڈر چلائیں۔ اب گرائینڈر کریمی جھاگ سے بھر چکا ہوگا۔

اب ایک مگ میں 2 چمچ بھر کے کافی کا جھاگ ڈالیں اور ابلا ہوا دودھ کپ میں ڈالیں۔ پھر 2 چمچ جھاگ مزید ڈالیں اور کپ میں دودھ کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ اب چاہیں تو چاکلیٹ سیرپ سے کافی پر اچھا سا ڈیزائن بنادیں۔
