Chicken boneless: ½ kg 1 inch cubes
Ginger garlic: 1 tsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Black peppe:r ½ tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Capsicum: 1 cut in 1 inch cubes
Onion: 2 small cut in 1 inch cubes
Tomatoes: 2 cut in 1 inch cubes and seeds removed
Ingredients for BBQ sauce
Oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic: paste 1 tsp
Ketchup: ¼ cup
Water: ½ cup
Corn flour: 1 tsp heaped
Crushed black pepper: ½ tsp
Salt: ¼ tsp
How to make Cocktail Shashlik
METHOD:
Marinate chicken cubes and vegetables cubes with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and lemon juice, in a tooth pick, put onion, capsicum, chicken, tomato, chicken, lastly capsicum, heat ¼ cup oil fry cocktail shashlik.
Method for BBQ sauce
Heat oil add garlic paste, add crushed black pepper, salt, ketchup, cook till boiling, add in water, cook. Lastly add corn flour paste to thickens, serve with shashlik.
