کھولتاپانی ............1کھانے کا چمچہ
اَن سلائیڈ بٹر.......... 1کپ
آئسنگ شوگر............ 3/4کپ
ونیلاایسنس ............1/2چائے کا چمچہ
میدہ......... 2کپ
چاکلیٹ چپس.......... 3/4کپ
نمک ...........1/4چائے کاچمچہ
آئسنگ شوگ..........ر چھڑکنے کے لیے

ترکیب:

ایک چھوٹے پیالے میں 1کھانے کا چمچہ کھولتے پانی میں 1-1/2چائے کا چمچہ کافی پاﺅڈر ملائیں اور ٹھنڈ اہونے کے لیے ایک طرف رکھ دیں ۔ ایک بڑے پیالے میں 1کپ ان سلائیڈ بٹر اور 3/4کپ آئسنگ شوگر اچھی طرح پھینٹیں ۔ پھر 1/2چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس اور کافی والا آمیزہ شامل کریں ۔ اب اس میں 2کپ میدہ آہستہ آہستہ ملائیں ۔ پھر 3/4کپ چاکلیٹ چپس شامل کریں ۔ تیار ڈو 2گریس پروف شیٹ کے درمیاں رکھ کر چوکور شکل میں 1/4انچ موٹا بیلیں ۔ ڈو2گھنٹے یا رات بھر کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔اوون 160ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر گرم کرلیں ۔ ڈو فریج سے نکال کر کوکی کٹر یا چھری کی مدد سے کاٹیں اور یک بیکنگ شیٹ پر رکھتے جائیں ۔ ایک کانٹے کی مدد سے تما م کوکیز پر چھوٹے چھوٹے سوراخ بنائیںاور 20منٹ بیک ہونے رکھ دیں۔ بیکنگ دوران شارٹ بریڈ زیادہ رنگ تبدیل نہیں کرتی اور تیار ہونے پر پیلاہٹ مائل ہوگی ۔ تیار کوکیز جالی پر نکا ل کر ٹھنڈی کریںاور ٹھنڈی ہوجانے پر آئسنگ شوگر چھڑک دیں۔
