اوٹس ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا کپ
میدہ ۔۔ ایک کپ
ونیلا ایسنس ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
بیکنگ سوڈہ ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
مکھن ۔۔ 150 گرام
انڈہ ۔۔ ایک عدد
نمک ۔۔ ایک چٹکی

ترکیب:

اوون کو 180 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر گرم کریں۔ ایک باؤل میں کاسٹر شوگر، براؤن شوگر، مکھن، انڈہ اور ونیلا ایسنس ڈآل کر پھینٹ لیں۔ میدے میں بیکنگ پاؤڈر، بیکنگ سوڈا اور نمک ڈال کر چھان لیں۔ پھر اس میں اوٹس، ریزن، چاکلیٹ چیپس اور اخروٹ ملائیں۔ گریس بیکنگ ٹرے میں لگائیں اور ایک ایک چمچہ مکسچر ڈالتے جائیں۔ اوون میں پندرہ منٹ تک بیک کر کے سرو کریں۔
