کھویا ۔۔ 250 گرام
دودھ ۔۔۔ ایک اور آدھا کپ
پسا کھوپرا ۔۔ ایک کپ
چینی ۔۔۔ 4/3 کپ
کوکو اپاؤڈر ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
الائچی پاؤڈر ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
بادام ۔۔ آدھا کپ( بلانچ اور سلائس کئے ہوئے)

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں کھویا، دودھ، چینی اور کوکو ڈال کراتنا پکائیں کہ مکسچر گاڑھا ہو کے سائیڈز چھوڑ دیں۔ اس میں تیس منٹ لگیں گے۔ اب چولہے سے ہٹا کر کھوپرا اور الائچی پاؤڈر شامل کردیں۔ گریس پروف ٹرے یا ٹن میں ڈال کر اوپر سے کٹے ہوئے بادام ڈال کر ہلکا سا پریس کردیں۔ فریج میں رکھ کر ٹھنڈا کردیں۔ اسکوائر یا ڈائمنڈ کی شکل میں کاٹ کر ٹھنڈا سرو کریں۔
