• Baking Chocolate 220 gm
• Butter (softened) 1/3 cup
• Cocoa Powder 3 tbs
• White or Brown Sugar (powdered) 1/4 cup
• Eggs 4
• Oil to grease baking tray
• Flour to cover baking dish before pouring mixture to it
METHOD:
1 Add chocolate and butter to double boiler and melt it. Turn off the flame as soon as it melts, now add 2 TBS Cocoa powder to it, mix well to make it a lump free batter.
2 Add powdered sugar to it and set aside to cool. In a bowl crack 4 eggs, beat with an electric beater until foamy. Fold in the chocolate mixture to the eggs very gently.
3 Grease a baking dish, sift flour on it and pour the mixture in. Bake it. To check if baked, insert a tooth pick. If the tooth pick comes out dry, it is ready. Let it cool at room temperature, refrigerate it over night.
4 Now mash the material with a fork and add 1 TBS heaped cocoa powder. Mix well until cocoa powder is well incorporated. Now make small balls, coat them with crushed nuts/coconut powder/milk powder. Decorate with jellies or bunties. Refrigerate for an hour. Now serve and enjoy.
