Green Chilies: 200 gms
Karhi Leaves: 20 leaves
White Cumin: 2 tablespoons
Coconut Powder: 50 gms
Red Chili Powder: 2 teaspoons
Salt: as required
Tamarind: 200 gms
Onions: 2 pieces
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
METHOD:
* Heat the oil and fry onion till brown .
* Then stir onion and put green chillies in oil and cover the lid .
* After a while, put garlic paste with little water and cover the lid for half minute.
* Just heat white cumin and coconut powder on pan till smell of cook then grand and mix red chilli, salt and rest all ingredients and put in pot with green chillies.
* Then blend the onions and put it also in pot.
* After a little while, pour the tamarind juice and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
* It is ready for serving. Enjoy your meals with spicy homemade sauces.
