Ingredients
• chicken breast 1 pcs
• salt to taste
• ginger 2 inch pcs
• chicken stock 4 cups
• Black pepper powder 1 tea sp
• carrot ( chopped) 1\2 cup
• spring onion 1 pcs
• vineger 1 tea spn
• soya sauce 1 tea spn
• corn flour 2 table spn
• oil 1 table spn
How to make Chicken Ginger Soup

METHOD:

1) On chicken pcs put salt , black pepper , vineger , soya sauce and keep it for 12 mins.
2) Take one frying pan , put cooking oil and put chicken pcs in it , after that put chopped carrot .
3) When chicken become golden, then put chicken stock and cook it for 10 to 12 mins.
4) Then put ginger and cook it more for 3 mins.
5) Now put corn flour in 2 to 3 spoon cold water and mix it.
6) Cook it until it becomes thick.
7) Then sprinkle chopped spring onions and close the flame.
8) Serve it in dish .
