Aalo bukharai bigho dain phlai sai phr uska goodha or pani nikaal lain or dry masalo k sath daal ker grander mai pees lain or salt bhe taste k hissab sai grander mai he daal dai phr yai sab masal chiken pai laagae sath lahsan bhe or 2 hantain ke leai marinate ker dain 2 ghantai bad adha cup oil dalain pain mai or yai chiken daal ke chor dai medium flame mai jab yai gal jaae or bhun si jaae to is mai kolai ka dhoowa bhe laga dain or nikaal ker serve karai fries n boil mater ke sath.
