Minced Chicken ½ kg
• Onion (chopped) ½ cup
• Green chilies (chopped) 4
• Tomato (chopped) 1
• Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp.
• Fresh coriander (chopped) ¼ cup
• Gram flour (sieved) ¼ cup
• Red chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
• Hot spices powder 2 tsp
• Coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp.
• Pomegranate seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp.
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oil for frying
• Tomato ketchup as accompaniment

How to make Chicken Chapli Kabab

METHOD:

• Mix chicken with all the ingredients.
• Shape the mixture into big kebabs.
• Heat oil in a frying pan and fry kebabs and transfer on a dish.
• Serve with tomato ketchup.
