اوون کو 160cپر پہلے سے گرم کر لیں ۔
8انچ کے اسکوائرپین کو گریس کریں اور لائن کرلیں ۔
کیک مکسچر بنانے کے لیے 1عدد انڈا ، 100گرم کریم چیز ، 2اونس کاسٹر شوگر ونیلا ایسنس کو ملا کر 2منت کے لیے پھینٹ لیں اور الگ رکھ دیں ۔
اب براﺅنی مکسچر بنانے کے لیے 4-1/2اونس مکھن اور 5اونس پلین چاکلیٹ کو 1منٹ کے لیے پگھالیں ۔
پھر اسے نکال کر اس میں 6اونس براﺅن شوگر اور 2عدد پھنٹے ہوئے انڈے ڈال کر پھینٹیں اور اس میں 3اونس مید کو فولڈ کر لیں ۔ اب اس مکسچر کا 2/3 حصہ ٹِن میں ڈال دیں ۔
پھر اس پر چیز کیک مکسچر ڈال کر بچا ہوا براﺅنی مکسچر ڈال دیں ۔
اب اس مکسچر پر سوئرل بنا کر 30منٹ کے لیے بیک کریں اور ٹھنڈا کر کے اسکوائرزمیں کاٹ کر سرو کریں ۔
