Corn flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt and white pepper ¼ tsp each
Oil 1 tbsp
Chilled water to make batter
Ingredients for buffalo sauce
Oil 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Corn flour 1 tsp
How to make Buffalo Wings
METHOD:
Cut chicken wings into 2 pieces, marinate with salt, white pepper, flour, make batter with all the given ingredients dip marinated wings in batter, roll the wings in dry flour, deep fry for 15 minutes till light golden.
Method for sauce:
Heat oil in a wok add crushed garlic, slightly fry light golden, add chili sauce, honey, ketchup, Wooster sauce, ¼ cup water, lastly thickens sauce with corn flour paste.
Add fried wings to sauce toss well and serve.
