Ingredients
samosa patti as required
for filling:
400 gms chicken mince
1 large chopped onion
3 tbsp coriandar chopped
2 chopped green chillies
4 tbsp tikka masala
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp oil
oil for frying

How to make Barbeque samosa

METHOD:

first marinate mince with garlic paste , tikka masala for 1 hour.
now heat 1 tbsp oil or butter in a pan add mince and cook without using water, add chopped onion, coriandar and green chilli and cook just for a minute.
remove from heat and give a hot coal heat, set aside to get it cool.
make a thick paste of flour and water to make lai.
now put samosa patti and fill with mince and form into samosa shape and bind with lai.
keep in freezer for several days , you can make almost 2 dozen samosas or more with this mixture.
heat oil in pan and deep fry samosa on medium heat not over high flame.
they will be very yummy just try once.
