Adrak ke Fayde

  • Ginger is very useful in many kinds of stomach diseases.
  • It is beneficial in vomitting, digestion problems, piles and jaundice. Grind half piece of fresh ginger, add 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp mint juice and 1 tbsp honey to it. Mix all together and lick it 3 to 4 times a day.
  • If you get less hunger, ginger is also useful for this problem.
  • It also helps in stomach pain.
  • If you want to keep your digestion in order, chew a little piece of ginger after taking the meal.
  • Ginger washes over the tongue and therefore stomach remains free from diseases.
  • In case water sits in stomach due to liver problem, drinking ginger water helps significantly. This water lets the urine out and removes the water out from stomach.
