Add boiled chickpeas and salt. Mix well and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
پہلے سے ابلے چنے شامل کر کے مزید چھ سےآٹھ منٹ پکائیں۔پھر اس میں نمک اور چکن کیوبز ڈالیں۔

Add soaked rice, mix and add water.
آخر میں بھیگے ہوئے چاول شامل کر کے تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر پکائیں۔

Once water begins drying, place it on steam-cook (dam).
جب پانی خشک ہونے لگے تو پین کو توے کے اوپر رکھیں اور دم پر چھوڑ دیں۔

When rice are cooked completely, chana pulao is ready.
Serve in a dish with fried onions.

How to Make Chana Pulao Recipe
Ingredients:
- Rice: 750 grams
- Chopped Onions: 1 cup
- Boiled Chickpeas: 3 cups
- Yogurt: 1/4 cup
- Oil: 3/4 cup
- Salt: as per taste
- White Cumin: 1 tsp
- Caraway Seeds: 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
- Black Cardamom Pods: 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon: 2 to 3 sticks
- Whole Green Chillies: 8 to 10
- Tomatoes: 3 to 4
- Black Peppercorns: 6 to 8
- Cloves: 6 to 8
- Green Cardamom: 4 to 5
- Bay Leaves: 1 leaf
- Salad: for serving
- Raita: for serving

Method |
- Heat oil in pan and fry onions until they turn golden brown.
- Add all-spice powder and cumin and fry for one minute.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chillies and whisked yogurt
until tomato is tender and oil is separated.
- Roast spices well.
- Add boiled chickpeas and salt and mix well and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Now add soaked rice and mix well. Add water.
- When water starts drying, steam-cook (place for dam).
- When rice are cooked well, delicious chana pulao is ready.
- Sprinkle fried onions and serve hot.
NOTE:
Water will be 2 times of rice amount such as if rice is 1.5 cup, water will be 3
cups.
