Melt cooking chocolate in double boiler.

Sieve maida flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Beat butter, add brown sugar and beat again until creamy.
Add vanilla essence and an egg; beat well again.

How to Make Fudge Brownie
|
Ingredients:
- Butter: 200 grams
- Eggs: 4 pcs
- Maida Flour: 8 ounces/227 grams
- Brown Sugar: 2 cups
- Baking Powder: 2 tsp
- Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
- Cocoa Powder: 4 tbsp
- Cooking Chocolate: 100 grams

Method |
- Melt cooking chocolate in double boiler. If you don't have a double boiler, fill fry pan with water and place chocolate bowl in it. Heat water to melt chocolate. This will work as double boiler.
- Beat butter, add brown sugar and beat again until creamy. Add vanilla essence and add eggs one by one; beat well again. Add melted chocolate and whisk well.
- Sift maida flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together through a sieve.
- Now add maida to the chocolate mixture and fold slowly with spoon.
- Grease a pan.
- Preheat oven at 180c. Pour the mixture to greased pan and bake for 30 to 40.
- Once baked, check with knife.
- Remove from oven and cool at room temperature.
Topping: Ingredients: - Cooking Chocolate: 100 grams
- Milk: 2 tbsp
- Cocoa Powder: 3 tbsp
- Icing Sugar: 6 tbsp
- Maida Flour: 8 ounces/227 grams
Method: - Melt cooking chocolate, milk, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a pan and melt in double boiler. Sauce is ready.
- Pour topping on cool baked brownie.
- Garnish with chocolate chip if you like.
