1) Tomatoes 1 kg
2) Cinnamon 2 sticks
3) Cardamoms 2-3
4) SlIces of Bread (cut into cubes) 4
5) Corn flour (dissolved in Water) 2 tbsp
6) Chicken stock 1 cup
7) Chinese Salt 1 tsp
8) Chili sauce 1 tsp
9) Soya sauce 1 tsp
10) Oil 2 tsp
11) Salt and pepper to taste
1. Boil tomatoes with a cup of water along with cinnamon and cardamoms until soft.
2. Blend in a food processor and transfer the mixture in a pan and add seasoning, corn flour and chicken stock.
3. Bring to a boil until it becomes thick.
4. Fry bread pieces in oil and serve hot with fried bread.

Love this red soup. it is full of tomato nutrition and energy. It is also good for children but one concern is about its sourness. Its taste should be adjusted with other spices.

soups are good for health especially those made with fresh vegetables. artificial flavor soup must be avoided. but cook tomatoes soups, chicken corn soups, onions soups and so on.

this looks awesome. When my wife will come home from Lahore, I will ask her to make this for me. I love soups especially I like to try new tastes new flavors.

it is a a good soup . While buying ration for the month, i try that i buy a couple of tomato soups sachets along some other flavors. I am generating habit of having soups in my kids. soups are good for kids and seniors as well.
