Ghee or Butter : 1 Cup
Caster Sugar : 1 Cup
Maida : 2 Cup ( 8 oz )
Ilaichi Powder : 1/2 tsp
Badam Pista
Little Soye : 1 tbsp
Baking Powder : 1 tsp


How to make Nan Khatai



Beat butter and sugar until it changes color and look whitish
Put ghee in thali, rub with you palms, add soye and rule add seyan and keep on rubbing then add in flour & rub with your hands tightly to form a dough. Make balls and sprinkle choped badam and pasta, Bake in oven for 20 min.
