Kashmiri Yakhni Biryani Recipe

Kashmiri Yakhni Biryani is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Rice recipes

Mutton: 1/2 KG.
RIce: 1 KG.
Ghee: 4 TBSP.
Yogurt: 2 TSBP.
Salt: To Taste.
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 TBSP.
Cloves: 2 PCS.
Black Cardamom: 2 PCS.
Bay Leaves: 1 LEAF.
Cumin Seeds: 2 TBSP.
Turmeric Powder: 1 TBSP.
Crushed Red Pepper: 2 TBSP.
Mace Powder: 1/4 TSP.
All SpIce Powder: 2 TBSP.
Yellow Food Coloring: 1/2 TSP.
Fennel Seeds: 1 TSP.
Green Coriander: 1 CUP(Chopped).
Mint: 1 CUP(Chopped).
Green Chillies: 4 PCS (Chopped).
Kevra: 1/2 TSP.
Melt the ghee and onion and fry it.
Add mutton with ginger garlic paste.
Then add yogurt and all spices(masalas).
Now add water for yakhni.
Once water is dried, add yellow food coloring, kewra water and put of stove for (dumm).
Kashmiri yakhni biryani recipe is ready to serve.
Enjoy this unique and delicious rice dish.

wow yakhni biryani and even Kashmiri one.. I already like Kashmiri foods and this is another powerful biryani that I would definitely like to eat . Before this I had eaten Yakhni pulao that was so tasty and how tasty this yakhni biryani will be..
