About Recipe

Boneless Chicken Pieces: 500 grams
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Ground Cumin: 1 Teaspoon
Salt: 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped Green Chillies (Jalapeno): 1-2 each
1 Chopped Onion
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar: 2 Teaspoons
1 Cup Curd
Lemon juIce: 1 Teaspoon
* Put all the ingredients in the blender except chicken and batter. Blend them well.

* Soak pieces of chicken in blend.

* Keep the stuff in refrigerator for 45 minutes.

* Now take the chicken out of the fridge and put in batter.

* Fry the chicken deep until it gets golden brown colored.

* Hot crisply pakoras are ready to serve. Eat with mint, coriander chutney or with tomato ketchup.

Chicken is marinated with spices, coated with gram flour and then deep fried in karahi. You will get them ready to eat after 5 to 6 minutes frying.

my mother makes very delicious chicken pakoray, we love it especially in the rainy weather. Pakora is the best snack to enjoy when it rains. It also goes good in winter evenings. I like it and suggest you to make this pakora, this is winter season now and a beautiful snow fall in many areas of Pakistan.

My memories are refresh after seeing this recipe, my family ate it at darya-e-neelam point in Murree during summer trip as they called "Chicho Pakora" . I enjoyed a lot to have this dish and also the picnic point with natural romantic environment.

Thanks to Allah for giving us so beautiful weather in Hyderabad city. Evenings of Hyderabad are already very beautiful and breezy but these days they are more awesome. I am naturally wishing to eat a pakora with some special flavor. May be chicken give the best taste at this time.

How many vegetables you use in pakora, the real taste comes with chicken only. I make lots of types of pakore like spinach, methi, potato and onion but the chicken is over the others . You need some boneless chicken for it and then mashing it and add to the batter.
