Cucumbers,peeled and grated2 medium•Thick yogurt2 cups•Oil1 Teaspoon•Walnuts,broken15-20•Black Raisins2 tablespoons•Garlic paste1 tablespoon•Salt to taste•Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish -

How to make Boorani Raita



Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add walnuts and raisens and sauté. Mix together cucumbers and yogurt in a bowl.

Then add walnuts, raisens, garlic paste and salt and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled. -
