How to make Boorani Raita
Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add walnuts and raisens and sauté. Mix together cucumbers and yogurt in a bowl.
Then add walnuts, raisens, garlic paste and salt and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled. -
