Aloo Ki Bhujia Method / Tarika:1. Brown onion lightly in oil through medium size frying pan.
2. Stir in salt, cayenne, turmeric and cumin then add potatoes and cook till 10 minutes and stirring occasionally.
3. Add tomatoes, cover pan and cook until potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes. Then gurnish it through coriander and serve hot Aloo ki Bhujia.
