ترکیب:

دودھ میں چینی ڈال کر اُبالیں۔پھر اس میں کیوڑہ شامل کرکے آنچ بند کردیں۔
اب کریم ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
ایک ڈش میں باقر خانی کے ٹکڑے پھیلائیں اوپر سے دودھ کا مکسچر ڈالیں۔
گرم اوون میں 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20منٹ تک بیک کریں۔
خشک میوہ،گلاب کی پتیاں اور چاندی کے ورق سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
