How to Make Finger Fish


Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish: 1/2 kg
  • Eggs: 2
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs: as required
  • Oil: for frying

Method

  1. Make finger cut pieces of fish.
  2. Make a paste with 2 eggs, salt, chilli powder, black pepper, mustard powder and vinegar. Add fish and mix.
  3. Marinade for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
  4. Spread breadcrumbs on cutting board and roll all pieces of finger fish.
  5. Roll all pieces similarly one by one.
  6. Place in a plate and store in fridge for some minutes before frying.
  7. Fry until golden.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and French fries.
