Nov and December are my favorite months because there is fresh fish available in these months , even in Jan and Feb. Rest of the year, I though can eat but I avoid because it is available pale and non fresh which can be harmful for health. I make fish fillets, finger fish and whole fish recipes.

This fish fillet looks very good recipe and I am making up my mood to cook it soon. But only thing I am thinking about making tartar sauce. It requires green and black olives which are not usually available at home. Can we enjoy it without tartar sauce?
