Spicy Chicken Soup
Spicy Chicken Soup Recipe is great for winter colds season. It is very good for your health and keeps your body warm so let’s try this traditional and easy to prepare soup recipe and enjoy its scrumptious taste.
Ingredients
• Chicken breast chopped 1
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Onion sliced half
• Ginger chopped 1 piece
• Turmeric a pinch
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Chicken stock 2 glass
• Egg noodles ¼ packet
• Bean sprout ½ cup
• Spring onion chopped 1
• Green chili chopped 1
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
How to make Spicy Chicken Soup
Method
1. Heat oil in a wok, add in chopped ginger, chopped garlic and sliced onion. Sauté till all the vegetables are just softened.
2. Then add black pepper powder, turmeric and sliced chicken. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
3. Now add 1 tbsp soya sauce and 2 glasses of chicken stock. Cook till it comes to a boil.
4. Add chopped green chili, chopped spring onion and bean sprout. Also add boiled noodles and let it cook.
5. Lastly add 1 tbsp corn flour dissolved in water, cook till soup thickens.
6. Dish it out and serve hot.
