تیل ۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
ٹماٹر پیسٹ ۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
لہسن ۔۔ چار جوے
لیموں کا رس ۔۔ ایک عدد
تارا گرم مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
اوریگانو ۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ

اسکیورز کے لئے:
شملہ مرچ ۔۔ دو عدد
ٹماٹر ۔۔ دو عدد
پیاز ۔۔ ایک عدد

ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں چکن شامل کر کے اس کو آدھا کپ دہی ، تین کھانے کے چمچ تیل، دو کھانے کے چمچ ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ، چار جوے لہسن، ایک عدد لیموں رس، ایک چائے کا تارا گرم مصالحہ، ایک چائے کا چمچ نمک اور آدھا چائے کا چمچہ اوریگانو سے اچھی طرح میرینٹ کرلیں۔ پھر اسکیورز میں چکن کی بوٹی اور سبزیاں لگاکر گرل کر لیں۔ مزیدار شیش توک تیاز ہے۔ ان کو ورماسیلی رائیس کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
