Ingredients

1 cup 4 hours soaked sabudana
1 cup roasted and grated groundnuts
3 Boiled and grated potatoes
1 tps chilly-paste
1 tps red chilly powder
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
1/2kg fresh yogurt (curd) grinded
2 tiny chopped tomatoes.
1/2 cup pomogranate
1/2 cup Imli chattni

How to make Sabudana Tikki Chat

METHOD:

1. Mix all the ingredients. and make small balls and then half fry it.
2. Then make the balls flat and fry it again till it turn golden brown.
3. Now serve hot tikki in a bowl. now pour curd on it.
4. And garnish with tomatoes, pomogranate and imli chattni.
