اجزاء:
بیکری کی لمبی ڈبل روٹی ------ ایک عدد
کیچپ ------ ایک کپ
لال رنگ ----- چٹکی بھر
ہرا مصالحہ ------- ایک کپ
ہرا رنگ ----- چٹکی بھر
انڈٰے (ابلے ہوئے) ------- تین عدد
زردے کا رنگ ------- چٹکی بھر
مایونیز ------ دو کھانے کے چمچ
نمک اور کالی مرچ ------ حسب ذائقہ
شملہ مرچ چھوٹی ------ ایک عدد

ترکیب:

ڈبل روٹی کے سلائس کو ہلکا بیل لیں-
کیچپ میں لال رنگ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں-
ہرے مصالحے میں ہرا رنگ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں-
ابلے ہوئے انڈوں کو مسل کر اس کے اندر زردے کا رنگ٬ مایونیز٬ نمک اور کالی مرچ اور شملہ مرچ (باریک کاٹ کر) ڈال کر مکس کرلیں-
اب ایک سلائس لے کر کیچپ پھیلا دیں اوپر دوسرا سلائس رکھ کر انڈے پھیلا دیں پھر تیسرا سلائس رکھ کر ہرا مصالحہ پھیلا کر اوپر چوتھا سلائس رکھ کر بند کرلیں- اس طرح چار چار سلائس کے سینڈوچز بنا کر رکھ دیں اور سب کو الگ الگ رول کر کے بٹر پیپر میں لپیٹ کر فریج میں آدھے گھنٹے کے لیے رکھ دیں اور نکال کر ٹکڑے کرلیں- سلاد کے پتوں کے ساتھ پیش کریں-
