•مزریلہ چیز_____ 200 گرام

•سفید مرچ پاؤڈر_____ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
•انڈا_____ 3 عدد
•بریڈ کرم_____ حسبِ ضرورت
•کھانے کا تیل_____ حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک برتین میں اُبلے ہوئے آلو کو کدو کش کر لیں اوردوسرے برتن میں چیڈر چیز اور مزریلہ چیز کو کدو کش کر لیں۔
اب ایک برتن میں کدو کش کئے ہوئے آلو، چیڈر چیز، مزریلہ چیز ،نمک،سفید مرچ پاؤڈراور انڈا ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں اوراس کی چھوٹے چھوٹے بالز بنا لیں ۔
اب ایک برتن میں بریڈ کرم اور ایک برتن میں انڈا نکال لیں۔
اب بالز کو پہلے انڈے میں اچھی طرح لگا ئیں پھر بریڈ کرم میں اچھی طرح لگا لیں اور یہی عمل دو بار کریں پھر اس کو فریزر میں تیس منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
اب کڑاہی میں کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر گرم کر لیں اور ان بالز کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں۔
