اجزاء:
پستے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 100 گرام
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 پاؤ
گھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 پاؤ
کھویا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 کلو
دال ماش کا آٹا 20 گرام
سوجی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 20 گرام
(پسی جائفل، جاوتری،الائچی) ۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
ہرا رنگ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی

ترکیب:

100 گرام پستے میں سے تھوڑے پستے نکال کر باقی کو باریک کاٹ لیں۔
اب 2/1 پاؤ گھی میں 20 گرام سوجی اور 20 گرام ماش کی دال کا آٹا کر بھون لیں ۔
جب رنگ تبدیل ہو تو اس میں 1 پاؤ چینی 2/1 کلو کھویا، پستے اور تھوڑا پانی شامل کر کے بھونیں۔
پانی خشک ہونے لگے تو 1 کھانے کا چمچہ تیل ڈال کر مزید بھونین اور 1 چٹکی ہرارنگ شامل کردیں۔
اب اسے بھونتے رہیں ااگر خشک ہونے لگے تو مزید گھی ڈال دیں۔ اس کے بعد 1 چٹکی
پسی جائفل، جاوتری،الائچی ڈالیں۔ آخٰر میں حلوہ گریس کی ہوئی ٹرے میں نکال کر پستے سے
گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
