Semolina 1/2 kg
Makhanay (lotus seeds) 1-1/2 bowl
Castor sugar 1-1/2 bowl
Ghee 1 cup
Pistachio handfull
Almonds handfull
Raisins handfull
Coconut handfull
Dry dates handfull
METHOD:
1.Heat half cup ghee and fry makhanay.
2. Take out and crush .
3. Now fry semolina in half cup of oil add makhanay, sugar and crushed dry fruits mix well.
4. Let it cool and make small balls and serve it.
