4 square shaped roll patti
4 samosa patti
250 gm mince chicken or beef
1 chopped onion
salt, red chilli pwd, cumin pwd and black pepper 1 tsp each
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped tomato
2 hard boiled and sliced eggs
oi or butter or ghee for shallow frying
How to make Mutabbaq ( Arbi Paratha)
METHOD:
First saute onion in 2 tbsp butter or oil, add garlic and saute , add mince and all spices and cook without water till mince become tender and dry. set aside to get cool.
now put one roll patti and spread cool mince and place some boiled egg slices and cover with 2 or 3 samosa patti inside sprinkle some capsicum and tomato copped and tightly cover with second roll square patti using Lai of ata.
heat some butter and ghee in tawa and gently put your roti and toast from both sides. Cut into squares.Serve hot.
You can use some grated cheese as well but I did n t.
