Chocolate Souffle Recipe in Urdu




Add cocoa powder in cold milk and mix well to prevent clots.


Cook on low flame and move ladle continuously.


Add ground sugar to egg yolk; keep adding milk and move ladle.


Turn stove off when custard becomes dense.


Cool the custard and add juice.


Cook gelatin powder in 1/4 cup water. When gelatin is cooked, sift in a sieve and add custard.


Beat egg white well with egg beater and add to custard.


Beat fresh cream with beater too; when cream is dense, add to custard and mix slowly.


Take out in a tray and store in freezer.

Enjoy when it is frozen!

Ingredients:

  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Cocoa Powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 2 pcs
  • Orange Juice: 1/2 cup (if oranges are not available, use packed orange juice)
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup (crushed)
  • Gelatin Powder: 2 teaspoon
  • Fresh Cream: 1 cup
  • Water: 1/4 cup

 

Method

  1. Add cocoa powder in cold milk and mix well, cook on stove and keep moving ladle.
  2. Add ground sugar to egg yolk; keep adding milk and move ladle. Cook on low flame; when it is dense, remove from the stove. Do not cook too much.
  3. Cool the custard and add juice.
  4. Mix gelatin powder with 1/4 cup water. If it does not dissolve completely, cook on low flame so that clots are not formed. Now sift gelatin powder in a sieve and add to custard.
  5. Beat egg white well with egg beater until it becomes cream and add to custard. Now beat fresh cream with beater too; when cream is dense, add to custard and mix slowly. Then take it in a bowl and cool.
  6. Store in freezer for some time; when it is frozen and chilled, it's the time to enjoy. Eat yourself and give others too.
