INGREDIENTS

Add salt and chopped chilies to chicken

Add chili sauce

Add ketchup

Add lemon juice

Mix well

Coat well.

Strips are ready for frying

Heat oil in frying pan and fry strips. Take out when brown.

Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida): 1 cup

Method

Cut chicken in length and add ketchup, red chili powder, lemon juice, chili sauce and mix well. Store aside for 15 minutes.
Roll spiced chicken in all purpose flour, then dip in eggs and lastly roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry.
Delicious chicken sticks are ready to serve.
