Lava Cake
Here is the scrumptious recipe for preparing lava cake. It uses seven simple ingredients such as chocolate, baking powder, butter, eggs etc. Make a perfect cake for birthdays, teatimes and evenings with this recipe by Chef Tahir Chaudhry.
Ingredients
• Cooking chocolate (dark) 170 gram
• Refined flour ( sieved) 1/3 cup
• Baking powder ¾ cup
• Butter ¾ cup + tsp
• Eggs 3
• Sugar ½ cup
• Mint, cream and strawberries for garnishing
How to make Lava Cake
Method
• Melt chocolate in a double-boiler; add butter and mix till butter is melted; remove and set aside.
• Beat eggs and sugar in a bowler with electric beater till sugar dissolves
• Add flour and baking powder; beat
• Add chocolate and mix with spoon
• Grease paper cups with butter and place on muffin tray
• Pour nixture in the cups and bake at 108 C in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes; remove.
• Garnish with mint leaves, cream and strawberries; serve

too good. too tasty! ye it is very delicious and one of my favorite cakes. But it is not easily available. I will give my wife this recipe so she could make it for me whenever I want. I love this cake.
