ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں مکھن اور کاسٹر شوگر کو مکس کرلیں۔ پھر میدہ، کسٹرڈ، بیکنگ پاؤڈر، نیلا ایسنس اور نمک ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ ڈو لے کر ہاتھ سے گول ٹکیہ بنا کر ہلکا سا دبا دیں۔ پھر اسے گریس کی ہوئی بیکنگ ٹرے میں رکھ دیں اور درمیان میں چمچے کی مدد ہلکا سا دبا کر اسٹرابری جام اور کچھ میں خوبانی کا جام لگائیں اور آخر میں نٹس چھڑک کر 180 ڈگری پر پہلے سے گرم اوون میں رکھ دیں۔ اگر ڈو سوٍٍفٹ یا پتلا ہوجائے تو آپ تھوڑی دیر فریج میں رکھیں بیلیں اورپھر بسکٹ بنالیں۔ بن جائیں گے۔
